My stay at this hotel was simply fantastic! The location couldn't have been better, just outside the New South Exit of Shibuya station, making it ideal for exploring the city. The rooms had all the basic necessities needed, and the amenities provided were excellent. However, the ongoing roadworks around Shibuya station did create some inconvenience. The dining experience at Jonathan's was a pleasant surprise with a decent spread of options. Overall, a great value for money stay with a few minor inconveniences.
